There are more than 40 Slow Food campus chapters nationwide, and the University of Oregon’s Slow Food chapter is just starting up. Come join us in the first stages of this organization! We are an enthusiastic group of students looking to promote the lifestyle of living and eating locally, sustainably and organically.
Officially, our end of year goal is to become a recognized ASUO student group by holding regular meetings, events and fundraisers. We want to educate students about the affordability and importance of eating good, clean and fair food.
